Today we finished a cement tile roof restoration at Palm Beach on the Gold Coast. The customer is about to start major renovations on the exterior of their home and have started by getting the roof painted. Their vision is to render the exterior walls and paint it a lighter shade of grey, so they wanted a contrasting dark shade of grey for their roof. The customer is thrilled with the result and is now eager to commence their renovations, which we cannot wait to see! The roof restoration process we undertook: - Removed and replaced 20x broken tiles - Repointed all ridge caps - Applied one coat of roofing primer - Applied two coats of roofing membrane in Shieldcoat's 'Charcoal' Not only does it look great, but applying the roofing primer has sealed the porous tile, extending the lifetime of the roof. If you have any questions about the roof restoration process, benefits and costs contact us today.
