Metal Roof Restoration
Our Metal Roof Restoration Process involves:
Replace any roof sheets if required
Replace any accessories if required – eg: Valleys, flashing
Replace screws, nails etc if required
Clean out all gutters and valleys
High pressure clean the entire roof using a water blaster. This process removes all dirt, mould and
lichen and prepares the tile surface for the initial sealer.
The roof is then thoroughly vacuumed using a petrol blower and if necessary a hard bristle broom. All the gutters and valley irons will be cleaned free from debris and your downpipes will be flushed. The necessary preparation has now been undertaken and your roof is ready to be painted.
Sealer and apply Paint Membrane
Apply one coast of acrylic based sealer to prime the metal in preparation for the application of the
roofing membrane using an airless spraygun.
Apply two coats of roofing membrane using an airless spraygun. In the colour of your choice.
The membrane used is of premium acrylic quality and is specifically formulated to be durable in Australian conditions and climate.
Final Inspection & Guarantee
The final stage of the roof restoration is the “final inspection” this involves both yourself and a Master Roofing team member going over the roof restoration to ensure that you are happy the roof restoration.
